Passionfruit and vanilla on nose. Tannic finish with a bright acidic center. Alpine strawberry on finish. (Needs time. - Jack)

Nose shows minerality and shale. Mid-notes of yellow fruits with bright acids on the finish.

Nose of dried figs and fresh dates. Bright peppery center with a delicate almost rose-like finish. Lightly perfumey finish with good acids to cleanse palate. Very elegant wine with great balance.

Herbs, menthol and red plums on nose. Earth and deep red cherry in center. Lingering cherries on finish. Still young. This wine has great structure.
