2000 Müller-Catoir Gimmeldinger Mandelgarten Riesling Kabinett Pfalz
(Both wines were a great pairing for the ham, but neither wine showed well, including less acids than I would have expected. This tells me 2000 is a pretty poor vintage, as these are two top producers. - Jack)

*Basted with 2 cups of Pineapple Juice, 5 tsp of Delouis Lemon Mustard, 1/2-cup Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp Maple Syrup and about 1/4-cup Brandied Cherry Juice (or plain Brandy)
